According to the installation specifications, the whole vibration reduction device of the unit should be installed. 2 The refrigerant pipe does not have or lacks an oil return trap

When conveying refrigerant pipeline turns upward from transverse to upward, it must be made into a U-shaped bend that sags first and then goes upward, so that the pipeline can only be qualified. It can not be directly made into a 90-degree upward turn, otherwise, the oil in the system can not be well returned to the compressor, and a large number of deposits in the air cooler, so that the fan and the whole system can not play a normal role. 3 Refrigerant pipes are not evenly connected

When the pipeline of the unit is connected to a group of multiple compressors, to evenly distribute the return oil to each compressor, the main pipeline interface must be set in the middle position of the multiple heads, and then some branch pipelines are set on both sides, so that the return oil can evenly flow into the branch pipes of multiple compressors.

In addition, each branch pipe to install valves, in order to adjust the amount of oil. 4 Pipes are not insulated

If there is no insulation material, cold pipeline will frost at the ambient temperature, thus affecting the refrigeration effect, increase the load of the unit, and then make the unit ultra-strength operation, reduce the service life of the unit.
